However, this netbook is happy because it comes in some cool colours, such as Blueberry Shake (Blue), Banana Cream (Yellow), Papaya Milk (Peach) and Strawberry Yogurt (Pink).
The Acer Aspire One D257 (Happy) netbook features some very impressive features;
Although it does come with the now standard netbook 10.1 inch size screen, with glossy style display and featuring a 1024 x 600 of pixel resolution.There will be a handy 2 GB of DDR3 RAM and it is going to be powered by the dual core processor 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N570 with 500GB hard disk.
It will running on both the Google Android and Microsoft Windows 7 Starter Edition operating systems, which is great for the user to choose which OS to run.
Connectivity comes in the shape of three standard USB ports, a VGA port and of course an Ethernet port for anyone who wants to use it.
There will be a six cell battery, which according to claims is supposed to be good for up to eight hours of operation, which is fantastic!
As this is a netbook, portability is essential, the D257 is just one inch thick at the deepest point and it weighs in at just 2.2 pounds or one kilo!
